Really Nokia T7-00 derivatives Nokia N8?

Reportedly, Nokia T7-00 will use the same 360x640 resolution with Nokia C6, C7, N8, and X7. But is it true that the Nokia T7 is a derivative version of the Nokia N8? For Nokia T7 leave the high-resolution camera to 8MP 12MP, but still maintain the aluminum unibody design.
